We begin with Esencia Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Esencia is a very well balanced oil, but it is slightly robust with a hint of apple flavor and grassy aroma.

Next, we have Garnacha Red Wine Vinegar. This vinegar is made with the Garnacha grapes and has a mild, fruity taste with a light, almost rose color.

We also include one jar each of Black Aragon Olive Spread and Green Arbequna Olive Spread. These are both wonderful additions to pasta dishes, canapes, salads and pizza.
